[Fot] TR4 transmission

Or the reverse gear is mounted the the wrong way around on it's spindle :
the groove of this gear should be at the rear.

I had to replace my 3rd gear synchro hub, have everything back together

Tail shaft will turn when in 1st and neutral, but also turns input shaft in
both

Tail shaft will not turn when in 2nd 3rd or 4th.

Tranny is out of car.

Any thoughts what I did wrong?
