[Fot] 2019 Kastner Cup Race Day video

For the sake of trying to stay on the vintage event schedule, some clubs
will black flag a race instead of full course yellow or partial yellow to
provide time for vehicle recovery, track cleanup, or to punish the group
for not being polite to each other on the racetrack.
