[Fot] TR4 at a race meeting

That is the first TR-4 to be raced in the USA. It was owned an driven by
Charlie gates and prepared by Kas Kastner  in the new Competition
Department. Many many many racing parts were developed on this car
including camshafts, push rods, valve springs, brake pads, clutch disc,
head gaskets, pistons, wheels and on & on. That era was when the
regulations for racing were very very tight. I suspect that is about 1962-63
