All the forms and regulations you need are on the SVRA web site and can be down loaded from there.  
The referenced homologation forms are the normal FIA forms that define the basic specifications of the car. You don’t need to fill these out, but they make a handy source of information.  I sweated about getting these but Found them easily on line. Now that I have them, did not need them at the event.
