[Fot] Tire pressures

They are not entirely legal, (should be 15" 60 series).  The only 
remaining 15" 60 series tire I can run is the Hoosier Speedster at $1000 
per set and last me 1.5 race weekends.  Economics dictate that I "cheat" 
on this one.
