[Healeys] slow idle setting

Advanced ignition timing will lead to a higher idling rpm which cannot 
always be compensated.
800rpm sounds fine to me, a low (WSM recommended) idle is not always 
advantageous, it is better to have it slightly higher, better oil flow, 
better mixture, better pick up.
For high altitudes one may need other jet needles and/or piston springs? 
One of the several publications about SU carbs may shed some light on this.
