[Healeys] Toggle switch needed

Al--
I normally drive with lights on both day and night and have rewired the
dash pull switch (Off > Sidelights > Headlights) so that it is fed from the
switched side of the key switch.
I'll simply be replacing the floor-mounted dimmer with this dash-mounted
toggle which will provide the added ability to momentarily flash high beams.
