[JONAT-chat] 2nd sector update

Interestingly, (and having just arrived home after a 450+ mile day) the
Microsoft time allowance was much longer than the actual time it took to
drive.

But today, it was within about 15-30 minutes (we hit TX at about 3:50PM).
