    How about a collection of photos from Jay's presence from hand-off to 
hand-off.  The adventures along the way should be a photographic story worth 
telling, ( with some exaggerations").
    Greg the PC whizz perhaps, can devise a template for post critique 
comments. Keeping the mine is bigger than yours mentality to a minimum. Discuss how 
do we make this better next time, what has experience taught us.
