A while back I mentioned I was going to merge the [JONAT-chat] mailing list
and the [JONAT] mailing list as we discuss JONAT 06 to keep things simple.

Well, I am finally getting around to it.

You should receive a message shortly that you are subscribed to the [JONAT]
list.  Please post all messages to this list.  I'll keep the old list going
for a while, while we do this transition.
