Here's a few of the internationally famous highlights
planned for the Northern California leg (for use in publicity
as appropriate).

- San Francisco, including the Golden Gate Bridge, fabulous restaurants
and shopping, Dungeness crab and fresh seafood, Wonderfully varied
neighborhoods from the '60s Haight Ashbury to Nob Hill, world famous
architecture and entertainment, beauty of San Francisco Bay and the
Pacific Ocean (just to mention a few things).

- NAPA and Sonoma valleys, America's premier winegrowing regions
and centers for California and international cuisine and beautiful scenic
drives

- the Big Sur Coast, with fabulous California Highway 1 winding
over the cliffs and through redwood forests.

- Opportunities to visit at least four historic California Spanish
Missions: San Luis Obispo, San Antonio de Padua, Carmel,
and San Francisco de Assisi (Sonoma).

- Monterey and Carmel, some of the most beautiful towns in the world,
with wonderful shopping, Pebble Beach for golf or strolling, the Monterey
Aquarium, and historic Spanish colonial buildings -- not to mention
wonderful food and local wines.

- Mendocino and the North Coast, the model of bed and breakfast
splendor and views of the rugged Northern California Coast.

All tied together by some of the most spectacular driving roads in
the world.

Gee, I think maybe I'll go!
