[JONAT] New Accommodations Coordinator

That is my plan. I have chosen a hotel in Ottawa but have not yet 
negotiated a price. Kim Priess is going to see what she can do from 
above and then if that doesn't work I will approach the manager 
locally-but i chose the hotel with advice from my erstwhile 2 i/c Phil 
karam.
