Is anyone else having this problem?

The address for money orders (no cheques or cash please) is on the
registration page, but you have a good point as it is worthwhile adding it
to this on-site registration form.  Phone numbers are also a good idea, and
I'll add them too.

I have tried to down load a registration form "pdf" and each time the
computer locks up. I also attempted, downloading the registration packet
page, with
out success.

The SC will not be able to have Email contact from the begining of sector,
until after completion of the sector and handoff. Perhaps a phone number for
direct voice contac t with an Administrative Person.

Last but no leastly an address for snail mail, to send checks and real
money.
