Yes, let's leave the goody-bag idea aside. I definitely don't want a hat, or
a medallion, or a pen....and I doubt that anyone else does either. Let's
provide a decal or other identifier for the car and leave it at that, and
charge the minimum fee, and I think because it is an arbitrary fee, we
should make it $20 in US  *or* Canadian funds. It does not, after all,
represent the cost of anything specific. The "impact value" of $20 is the
same in both countries. The Canadian bills are prettier, though.
