Greg,
My approach will be similar for the Okanagan sector. I intend on keeping it
cheap and simple and let the participants spend their extra cash where they
want, say, some great Okanagan wine, and yes you guys from California there
are some great ones. My package will contain all the information required to
get you safely to your destination with phone numbers for helping you get
there should you need any help. The only fee that I feel should be paid
should be to "The Tour" to cover the cost on any badge, decal or what have
you that is handed out to each participant when they join their first leg.
