[JONAT] Incorporation and other stuff

In answer to your #1, how about seeing if you can drum up some donations
from a local corporation. If you have 11 guys, it's less than $400. Would
this be an option?

The length or dates of any sector does not change arbitrarily, and certainly
not without asking the opinion of the SC of that Sector. In your note in
early January, it seemed you were hoping for a few more days, and I had
asked that if you wanted a day or two more. I think I had noted that the
process is then for me to send out a note to all the "downstream" SC's to
see if they have any difficulties with shifting their dates. I hadn't heard
back from you so assumed it was a non issue. If you are still wanting the
extra days, please do let me know and we'll go through the process.

Bob

1. It would seem that we are going to charge a fee. I have invited
local members to participate prior to the discussion of charging a fee
in order to drum up interest in driving the tour route with folks not
from the area and providing support in case of problems. I cannot now
ask that in addition to helping me they pay for the priviledge of being
the support team.

2. It would seem that the New York, New Jersey sector is now 1 day
long.
I am told that I pick up the group in Boston on Saturday June 26th and
deposit them somewhere near Washington on June 26th.
Has there been a modification to the sector dates that I missed? I'm
older, not senile, I think but I can't remember clearly........

Let me know of the changes wrot in the sector dates please.....
