A suggestion regarding the Premium Membership: include the cling decal with
it!

I live in a state where a front plate is mandatory, and I certainly have no
room for a second one, so I would have no use for such a plate on the tour.
Paying thirty dollars for a car decoration I cannot use on the tour seems
pointless, but paying the money and not getting the usable alternative
either seems downright illogical.

At any price, I personally have no desire for a "license plate" I cannot
use.

The plates seem a needless complication at this point.
