As promised, I'm throwing out a bit of controversy today.

I know a few of you had some pretty strong feelings about this a few months
ago, on both sides of the coin. I'd like to revisit it and put it to bed
after hearing everyone's input, so we can make it an official JONAT policy.
Note that this is on the website but has no links to it (and will have none
until a final decision on the policy is made) - i.e. the only people with
access are those on this list.
Now I'm going to run away and hide until the flames blow over ...
