[JONAT] numbers

OK gents...our discussions in this sector are now centering around numbers.
How, and when will we know how many people will be in any given sector? Will
we have a cut-off time after which no more can join? If, for example, we get
a Jaguar dealership to sponsor a reception based on a projected turn-out of
30 cars, and 200 show up (one of my club members last night warned me that a
recent MG tour in this area drew 250 cars, which shocked organisers), what
should we do? How will the JONAT fee and sector fees be collected?
