Bob, et. al.

I don't think this has been discussed, but perhaps it has been
considered.

By the time this JONAT ends it will be at least a year and a half before
the next one gets going. Has anyone thought of keeping all the sectors
and traveling details posted so that anyone can follow in our footsteps
on their own?

Once this is over, I think something on the home page along the lines
of...

The 2004 JONAT has ended, but you can experience the beauty of this vast
continent on your own. Route maps and sector details are still posted
and available. Obviously you'll miss the planned events, but the roads
call nonetheless.

Much time and effort went into the planning of this continental
circumnavigation so if you choose to travel some of our route, we humbly
request that you support our effort for 2006 by sending us the
exorbitant tour fee of $10(US or Cdn) which covers as many sectors as
you choose to drive. Include a picture of your car (and you, if
possible) at one of the scenic spots along the way and we'll post it on
the web site. In addition, we'll reward you with one of the
sure-to-be-collector-item inaugural 2004 window vinyls (while supplies
last -- or the 2006 vinyl when they become available, probably in late
2005 or early 2006.) If the vinyl is too small for your tastes, for
$30(US) or $40(Cdn) we'll send one of the even-more-collectible
commemorative license plates (2004 while supplies last).

Are my prices right? If we need to add shipping and handling, we should.
I'd add links to the pics of the vinyl and plate and a series of links
to the sector reports, perhaps just changing the itinerary page since no
one will be on a schedule.

What do you think? Good idea?

I don't know how much stuff we'll have left, but we might get a few
responses and it doesn't cost us anything. It will help generate
interest for 2006.
