Jerry,
You're right. The original intent of this was to help the treasurer who
received a personal check with the user's address printed. But since
we're not doing that, it is now City/State.

Greg, another low priority suggestion:

"Payments" report shows street address, but no town or state 
-- so it's useless.  No need for it anyway -- you can remove it, but you
couldn also replace with city and state, just so we can see 
where everyone is from.
