[JONAT] Sector Attendance Report up and running

Tony, 
The website is coded specifically to protect personal information from
general disclosure.
This is covered by our privacy policy that has been in place since day
1.
The report is password protected. It is only visible to ASC's, SC's and
EC's.
General members do not have access to see the e-mail, cel phone, or
address of other members. Even first and last name are not available to
general members.
I have been consistent in coding the site to meet this requirement.

I appreciate discussion on these points.

I would hesitate to include too much personal information.  We don't 
have the consent of the registrants to disclose things like home 
addresses, and there really is no need for anyone to be able to get that

from the website.  City and state should be enough.
