[JONAT] Heroes of the Tour

Yes, good point Trey.

SC's and ASC's are all really heroes as you suggest, and must be thanked and
acknowledged for all the effort and pain they have gone through in planning
this event. Having said that, my thinking for the "Heroes" would be that
SC's and ASC's would not be included as far as their planning duties go.

The idea is to acknowledge those participants (or non participants) who did
something special and unexpected, and who deserve some sort of recognition.
An above-and-beyond-the-call-of-duty sort of thing.

Bob

I don't know about all that. I think every organizer, SC and ASC who did
their work and pulled off a part of the tour is a hero in this event.
Singling out one or two could upset others.

It's a lesson I learned playing live music--you talk to and praise the
crowd, not a few individuals as the others just feel left out or don't get
it.

My $0.02 US.

Trey--not desiring to be any kind of "hero"--especially the sandwich variety
;)
