Joe,

We'll take this up as a "major item" with Cris and try to get answers.  
Keep us posted on possible entrants you know are iffy over this issue  
for our leverage. Right now there are only 10 entrants in Paul Smock's  
folder so we're not dealing with a strong hand at the moment!
