[Kcup] Inviting car clubs to the event / Stickers / Poster

Would you guys mind if I reached out to Northern and SoCal Triumph  
clubs and invite them to our event?
I'd like to explain the event, welcome them to attend, and gauge  
interest.

It would be cool to offer a Street Triumph "Corral" and lunch track  
tours but not sure if the latter is permitted with HMSA and the  
track.  I'd like to tell them the price at the gate.  Is it 10 or 15  
bucks?

I will have designs for the Stickers in a week or two, I'm on a job- 
hunt, y'know!

I am designing two types of stickers.  One for the Cup Race  
participants, and another for tool-boxes or whatever.   I'd like to  
sell them for a buck or two to cover printing any profits can go into  
the pot.

I'll also explore getting the posters printed up.  We can either have  
VTR do it via Joe Alexander and give them out as freebies, OR If I can  
find a decent price, I'll get 100 printed up at my expense, we can  
then sell them on the FOT and at the event for 10 or 15 bucks.  Again,  
any profits can go into the pot.
