[Kcup] SHAWN FRANK add to KCUP COMMITTEE ELVF

I have asked Shawn Frank to help FOT with communications and media stuff. He is brand new to all of this, but very enthusiastic.

Mark, please add him to the committee. Our plan right now is to go to ROAD AMERICA in May and:

visit with Thursday night's potential "caterer". (individual ordering and payment)
meet with Sales at the Osthoff.
review Jason's Paddock Area and check on electric installation
meet with videographer and discuss coverage of the Kastner Cup
check on proposed TRIUMPH ONLY CORRAL
meet with VSCDA if they are there.   I am  working on forms for TRIUMPH CREW and other details. 
give Shawn the GRAND TOUR.
wine and cheese.......................

Jason is a personal crunch right now, but hopefully he will be able to pop in.

There are a lot of features to this event and a lot of details to attend to, but it seems to be going well.

The ELVF is about us.......when Levy writes about us, it will be in glowing terms. That's right, I need to visit with him as well.

Can you hear those bagpipes? Yes, they will be there, too.
