Greetings,



We are happy to confirm your invitation to the Gather on the Green car show being held at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake on Saturday, September 7th. We are very excited to have your wonderful vehicle in the show!

We will be available at the Osthoff Resort starting at 2 p.m. to check you in and present you with your placard. All entrants must sign a waiver. After checking in, you will be directed to your position on the lawn of the Osthoff facing Elkhart Lake. A map of the Osthoff is attached for your information. If you have difficulty opening the attachment go the the Osthoff web site and click on "resort map". To get to registration and the show area, enter the resort though the main entrance as shown on the map . Turn left and proceed down Osthoff Ave. past "driveway 1" to the area of the paved walkway which is where the registration will be located. The show area will be to the right of the reflecting pond. Volunteers will direct you to your position on the lawn. Registration will be open until 5 p.m. to accommodate vehicles participating in the Road Course Re-enactment and any cars arriving from the race track.

Cars going to the Re-enactment should pick up their paperwork prior to 1 p.m. Saturday at the registration building inside Gate 6. Staging for the Re-enactment will take place at Gate 5 at 1:30 p.m..

Show entrants may pick up their two free wristbands for the races at the registration building inside Gate 6 by identifying themselves as Gather on the Green participants.

Note for motorcycle entrant: The show is being held on the lawn of the Osthoff. You may need something to put under your center or side stand to stabilize your bike.

Note for entrants trailering their vehicles: Please email me with the length of your trailer so we can reserve adequate parking space. A volunteer will be available to direct you to your parking area. The volunteer will be located at the entrance to the show area.
