[Kcup] Kastner Cup. 2014

We are still good for ECR but I haven't been in front of the CVAR board yet. We still have time to change direction if we would like to do do. As it stands we have planned on the KCup at the ECR CVAR event is held every May. 

I understand Kas' concern in that I haven't made it official. I planned on connecting with the board in May but I fell and hurt my back pretty severely in late April and I missed the ECR event ; and that opportunity to formalize plans. Unless we have a reason not to I will move into planning mode without further delay.
