Yes, you can.
You might have to search for a frame shop.
Trammel gauges, and other means of measuring frames work, whether
the body is on or off of the frame, as it is the frame that measurements are
taken from. There is a shop near me in Costa Mesa that can do it.
The Blowers Manual MG M Type to TF, should have the frame dimensions.
