Lynda here, using Al's computer to let you know that Al is in the hospital
in Flagstaff. It has been a whirlwind since Saturday when his left arm began
to act weird. In the ER they found a mass in his brain and he is now
scheduled for surgery on Friday to remove the thing. It could be cancer or
benign or even a remote possibility that it is an infection, but the best
guess of the surgeon is that it is malignant. He may end up with more
deficits, like left sided paralysis, but hopefully that won't happen, and
hopefully if it does, then physical therapy will help.
