[Nobbc] CSRG Racing Oct 1-3

I have notified Mike D'Addario at Infineon that NOBBC may want to do a car 
corral at CSRG, and he will set space aside for us agin, however, he has 
nothing to do with the CSRG event and won't be able to do much in the way of 
discounts or laps.
