Hi Tom,
Good to hear from you, sounds like your truck is coming along nicely.
I' am still gathering some needed parts and have most of the new patch
panels done.
I still need a new roof, if I can find one. Mine is repairable, however it
will take a lot of time and body filler. So if you know were one is please
let me know.

I know what ya mean George. I am also doing a frame of on a 55 Chevy 2nd and
it sounds like we are about at the same point in the project. In my case it
seems to be time, money and knowledge. I seem to be doing some things twice,
but I'm learning .

Hi Durwood,
Some of us are still out there, I am still working on my frame off 55 Chevy
2nd series. I have the frame done, new RB'S front clip and new 350 Create
motor installed.
Also put gas tank in the rear. I am currently replacing the some of the
panels on the cab.
 All it takes is time and money and I usually have a shortage of one or
both.
