[Shop-talk] battery revival

I've got a 12 volt 750 cca Exide battery, probably 4-5 years old and seldom used   It is permanently mounted on my car hauler trailer... runs the winch. I have a 1 amp (I think) solar panel keeping it topped off and occasionally I switch it to the breakaway battery. Probably been 6-8 months since I've used it and when I did.. it died rather quickly... charging would bring it back... but again sagged quickly. The cells were a little low on water but not below the plates... topped them off and put it on a batteryminder maintenance charger... 

I can get it up to 14 volts... but when I put it under load it drops to about 4 it's been on this charger for days 

diagnosis ??? salvageable ???
