yea pat, these are lines that I flared when I started the truck so it’s probably a rookie error. I’ve since got a Mastercool hydraulic flaring tool with nice dies and it does a perfect job https://www.amazon.com/Mastercool-71475-PRC-Universal-Hydraulic-Flaring/dp/B007TN15EG Now I just have to take the system apart and re work it... fun fun fun

John, are these flares that are factory or ones that you did?

Brake flares are double flares so you might want to verify that there correct. I’ve never had any in connections but I’d probably try replacing the body of the fittings to see if that fixes it.

Peace,
Pat

did my initial brake bleed a couple of weeks ago on my truck project and all seemed fine... till yesterday. I've noticed a small drop of brake fluid on two or three couplings or fittings in the lines Not enough to drip down on the floor... but it seems the fittings are 'weeping' ever so slightly (not as bad as a millennium child bawling..but it shouldn't do that I don't think) . My worse estimate is that I've got a bad flare at that fitting... everything is at the 'it's gonna strip something if you continue..' tightness... what do you gurus think ???

thanks
john
