Hi Tim,

I think you got some good advice on what to try to retrieve the data, and
your last sentence is the solution:

              Next year we will be storing everything in the cloud so I
won't have to deal with this PITA process.

I would sign-up today for Google or O365 and move everything to One Drive
or Google Drive.
