I understand what you want to do. I have no idea why you want to.   Assuming you have a three wire (plus ground, but I’ll ignore ground) circuit to your crqne, you simply extend it to your other box. Break the tab on the hot side of the outlet, land one leg to each hot screw, neutral to the other side.  Done. The breaker will take care of overload, it will trip both legs, even if only one is overloaded. 

Thé problem you are likely to have is you have no neutral at your crane, because most motor loads don’t need one.  If you have conduit, adding one is possible and maybe easy. If you don’t, you need to pull a new circuit.  In that cas probably don’t need to share with the crane.
