[Shop-talk] blast media

not MSNBC or CBS    Sand blast cabinet media...   I know that black beauty is 
fairly aggressive and  glass beads or walnut shell is much less so
 
What is a good type of media for cleaning general low rust metals and 
aluminum... auto parts, etc
