[Shop-talk] shipping a crate

Fastenal does still offer shipping, but only for shippers who have business
accounts with them. I have bought a lot of tractor parts using this
method. They also only ship within a "zone". I know I can get stuff from
MN to IA via this method, but not from CA to IA. They also ONLY ship to
one of their stores, not to another business address.
