[Shotimes] Speedometer Cable Install

Just did it on my 91 too.  Under the hood, disconnect the two halves of the cable be removing the spring clip.  Inside the car,
remove the knee panel, dash bezel, and steering-column shroud.  Four screws hold the instrument cluster in place.  Reach behind the
IC and detach two electrical connectors by pinching them on the sides.  Pull back the IC and detach the cable from the speedo.

Okay, I need to replace the upper half of the speedometer cable on my '91 SHO.
Is this a pretty easy job? Any special tools or know-how required?
