[Shotimes] Bolt Extractor Kits

[Jim and Debbie Leyden]

The correct wat is to find someone with a EDM Tap extractor and have them
burn the broken stud out.  Not as easy as the alternative but it is the only
sure-fire way to remove a broken stud.
