[Shotimes] climate control stuck on high

What year models was this unit used on? Are the failures common enough to
consider making a new PC board for use with a readily available relay? I
know of a man in Southern LA that makes his own replacement PC boards for
radios that are usen on ships but are no longer supported. (sound familiar?)
I also know that it doesn't take a huge quantity to get prices down to a
couple bucks for a professonal quality single sided PC boards complete with
silkscreen.
