[Shotimes] climate control stuck on high

This blower motor control is likely common to all Ford products from maybe
'87 to maybe '95 that have the automatic climate control.

I can't figure out why some one in the after market business hasn't made a
replacement as yet.  Or have they and we just don't know about it?
