[Shotimes] Hood question

[Jim and Debbie Leyden]

I daily see what looks like a '91 Plus with a wrinkled front and back end
that has been sitting in the same spot for probably a year now.  I haven't
stopped to inquire about it yet since funds are kind of low.  The only thing
that makes me wonder if it is a real plus is that (from about 50 feet) the
wrinkle in the hood looks like a steel hood to me.  It has the body colored
side mirrors and the rear spoiler (broken).  I haven't looked underneath to
see if there is a rod shifter, but from what I have heard, not all pluses
had those either.  How can I be sure if it is or isn't a plus?
