Well I'm one to vote yes to ban cell phone use while driving. I've been cut
off too many times by people that are on the phone, changing lanes without
looking and too lazy to use their turn signals because they have to take the
phone away from their ear. The same goes for contractors in their Ford F350
Super Duty 4X4 that are right on your butt, talking on the phone and writing
on one of those paper pad holders that they suction cup to their windshield
and are driving with their elbows.
