paul,  never tried them,  but the look worth it.

HID lighting systems from what ive seen are great for dry pavement driving,   but theyre effectiveness in wet weather is somewhat diminished due to theyre extreme whiteness,  too much reflection off of snow/rain...   and the pavement tends to reflect the beam away,  illuminating nothing.

but this is only my experience driving a car with a HID headlight system,   the fog/driving lights may be different.
