[Shotimes] Battery/Alternator/Voltage question

At 900 the alt. is just on the edge of charging.  At 1500 you should get
nearly full output, and something over 14V is necessary.  If there is any
doubt, take it out and have AZ or Kragen, etc. put it on their tester.  A
weak alt. will show right up.
