Ain't it a bitch?? I like watching REAL race cars like the 2-door Taurus
with a RWD carbed V8!!  ;-)
All race series are a "spec" series to a certain extent. If you look at the
rules, NASCAR is no better or worse than any other series.
FWIW, the only races I enjoy watching on TV are the European small sedan
races, the ALMS GT Series, and the WRC......period. CART, IRL, F1, Trans AM,
NHRA Top Fuel/Funny Car/Pro Stock etc, are boring and contrived. Too many
damn rules and restrictions, with F1 being the worst.

And they wonder why real racing fans are turning away from NASCAR?  There
is not a single vehicle that is raced that is even remotely similar to the
names on them.  I don't think Toyota ever sold a carbureted V-8 in this
country.  I'm actually not sure if they ever made one.  By the time they
got around to V-8s, fuel injection was the norm.
At least with the WWE, you know its supposed to be fake...
