Jeff:
 All three codes are related to driver error when doing the KOER Dynamic
Response test. So they don't mean anything. Clear the codes and see what
comes back. Has the fuel filter been changed? The pump will be weak at 130K
miles if it is still factory. Good fuel pressure at the test port? Also try
running without the chip and see what happens. Do you have the stock 55mm
MAF? I would even go back to that to eliminate any MAF troubles.
