[Shotimes] codes post 60k

did 2nd 60k at 130k with crank & cam ps's, plugs, wires, O2 sensors, valve 
shim check, gaskets for plug wells, etc. car has 77MAF, Hypertech chip. came 
back and after a few runs the same cutout / rough running / check engine / 
stalling at stop symptoms would happen but every once in awhile.  If you keep 
the revs way up with downshifting it would go and the syptoms might not 
happen the next time out. Seems to happen within 10 min of starting / driving 
the car.  The inexpensive code reader just gave me 538, 536 and 521. I've 
lost the damn book so I have no idea what they are. If anyone has one of 
these and could let me know I'd be grateful. The reader is black plastic 
about 2.5 x 4"  with a yellow label and two switches on it. one is audio 
on/off and one is test / hold and a single red light.  THANK YOU.
