[Shotimes] OT: Help! Unfair traffic ticket!

Like Bob Bade, I have fought every ticket that I have gotten in the last 10
years. Usually I hire a lawyer. I have never lost.
It has always cost money, but always less than loosing my $500/yr "safe
driver" insurance discount.
Every State and County has different laws on things like this and the
National Motorists Assoc. may be of help. They also maintain a file of
lawyers who fight these things.
I also have gone to the local yellow pages and found a lawyer who was a
former prosecutor. It worked wonders. This guy knew exactly what to do and
who to talk to...
$100 to the court for their "diversion" program and $150 to the lawyer for
his 20 minutes...
